OWNERS: Please remember, it is the owner's responsibility to communicate with your rental management company, not the HOA's or Metropolitan Properties.

All communications from the HOA are via email.  Please make sure your up-to-date email address is registered on the HOA web site and on the Metropolitan Properties Portal.

​Our Covenants and Restrictions stipulate that there should be no obnoxious or offensive activity carried on or within the Resort. They further state that there should be no noise so as to be offensive or detrimental to Resort owners or guests.  Please observe the posted Quiet Hours.

Gate Code 
Hidden Springs Resort has controlled access. A gate code is required 24/7.
​Please insure you have a gate code 

OWNERS: Remember if you plan to do anything to the exterior of your cabin, it requires approval from the DRC.

Any new construction (or re-building of cabins) or modifications to existing cabins, including re-staining and painting, in the resort requires adherence to certain Design Guidelines and procedures, as well as approval from the Design Review Committee (DRC) before work can begin.  ​Click here for more information.

IMPORTANT: Effective May 5, 2018 only certain colors are approved for use on the exterior of cabins.  Refer to the revised Design Guidelines found on the Building Guidelines page.

If you have a non-emergency maintenance request for an area that is the responsibility of the HOA, please click the Maintenance Request Form image to the left  and submit the request. Please remember that the HOA does not do maintenance or repairs on cabins or private property, only on HOA common areas.
