Online Annual Owners Meeting 2018 Home Page

Instructions:  To attend online, you will use this page to view information.  You will also need to call in to the online meeting conference line to hear what's being said at the meeting.  The meeting actually begins at 10:00 AM EDT.  You should call in beginning at about 9:45 AM EDT.  You need to be online before 10:00 AM EDT when the meeting starts.  Dial 515-739-1527.  You will get a welcome greeting and then be asked to enter your Access Code:  Enter 914835#.  You will then be asked to introduce yourself.  We need this information to verify your voting eligibility and to identify your phone number.
REMINDER:  To be eligible to vote an owner must be in "good standing."  That means any fees owed to the HOA and/or any bills due from HSR Utilities must be fully paid before the meeting.
